G300B

Summary:
The G300B is made in Korea using the Western Electric specifications in the 1950s.
G was borrowed from Guarneri del Gesu "Canon", an instrument made by a famous Italian luthier, Guarneri del Gesu.


Western Electric is well known as the manufacturer of the direct heated triode 300B vacuum tube model for audio applications.

The G300B vacuum tube manufactured by ZeroMountain Company was designed and manufactured based on the model produced by Western Electric in the 1950s.

While Western Electric manufactured the 300B -WE300B- for a long time, the structure of the tube cage was changed little by little and had its biggest change in manufacturing in the 1960s.

The WE300B produced before the 1960s became the preferred tube for many, so we used 1950s production as a standard for our G300B reproductions.

However, for better sound quality, several improvements were applied without identical copying the previous model.

In particular, to reduce the distortion that inevitably occurs during amplification, we use our own Ladder-Type FrameGrid and Minimization of Filament End-Loss structure. By applying these improvements, clearer sound and wide frequency characteristics were achieved.
