Summary:
The Stradi AD1 tube is made based on Valvo's AD1.

The AD1 vacuum tube is considered to be the European version of the 2A3, as most of its characteristics are similar to the RCA 2A3. However, the filament specifications, the tube’s internal structure, and the sound are completely different from the RCA 2A3.

AD1 is manufactured by several companies in Europe, but the most famous are made by Telefunken and Valvo.

The Stradi AD1 tube is made based on Valvo's AD1.

Telefunken's AD1 was manufactured with the Azide Process and the environmental and safety-related regulations have been strengthened, making it difficult to apply and use in modern manufacturing.
